The Contracts Team was established because we believe many organisations are increasingly disenchanted with ‘Old Style’ (traditional) law firms.

A survey of in-house lawyers from leading multinational companies suggests we are not alone. One commentator noted how organisations of all types are becoming more price conscious and yet the current law firm business model encourages increased costs because of the high salaries paid to lawyers.

Looking at one technology in particular, the survey found that 97% of respondents thought that document automation would have an impact on their ability to provide value over the next 10 years, with 55% saying they expected it to make a huge impact.
